Areas we serve

Where we build.

We are a family shop, not a franchise, so our map is drawn by how far Marilu can drive and still walk every consultation herself. That is most of greater Houston — and we would rather tell you honestly where we are strongest than pretend the whole metro is the same to us.

Our map

Two hundred and twenty-four neighborhoods, Conroe down to Friendswood. Every dot is a neighborhood we build in — hover or tap one to name it.

Northwest

Home base — we're in these neighborhoods most weeks.

Cypress

Where we started, and still where most of our work is. The kitchens we open up here were built between about 1995 and 2010 — Coles Crossing, Fairfield, Blackhorse Ranch — and they share a footprint: good square footage, closed off from the family room by a wall that was never structural to begin with. Taking it down and rebuilding the cabinetry around how the family actually cooks is the single most common project we run.

Bridgeland

Newer stock, so the brief is different. Bridgeland kitchens aren't worn out — they're builder-spec. The work here is upgrade rather than repair: a real island instead of a token one, a hood that anchors the room, storage that holds a Costco run.

Tomball

Bigger lots and more custom homes, and clients who often want the outdoor kitchen handled in the same run as the indoor one. Tomball projects tend to be wider in scope than a straight cabinet-and-counter swap.

Hockley & Waller

Acreage. Longer drives for the crew, which we schedule around rather than pass on to you, and homes where the kitchen genuinely is the middle of the house because the nearest restaurant is twenty minutes away.

Spring & Klein

Champions-era homes and the neighborhoods that grew up around them. Sound construction, dated finishes, and kitchens laid out for one person cooking alone rather than four people in the room.

North

Up 45 and 249 — a regular part of our schedule.

The Woodlands

Mature neighborhoods, and owners who have usually renovated something before. Expectations are high and specific — inset cabinetry, quartzite over granite, an actual conversation about grain direction. Those are our favorite consultations.

Conroe & Lake Conroe

Waterfront and second homes, where a kitchen has to take a lot of guests and a lot of humidity. Material choice matters more here than anywhere else on our map, and it is worth spending the extra design session on it.

Humble, Kingwood & Atascocita

Wooded lots and family-scale homes from the 1970s through the 90s. Often the first serious renovation the house has had — which means we find things behind the drywall. You hear about them from us before they become a change order.

West

Along I-10 and the Energy Corridor.

Katy

Cinco Ranch, Seven Meadows, Cross Creek Ranch. These plans are already open, so the work isn't knocking down walls — it's making the island the real center of the room instead of an obstacle between the range and the table.

Memorial & Spring Branch

Nineteen-fifties and sixties ranch houses on lots worth more than the structure on them. Kitchens here are small and walled in by original framing, so the work is genuinely structural — and the budgets reflect that from the first conversation.

Inside the Loop

Older homes, tighter sites, and detail that has to be right.

The Heights

Bungalows, historic district rules, and doorways that will not accept a modern refrigerator without a conversation first. We build cabinetry that matches the age of the house rather than fighting it, and we plan site access before we plan the layout.

Rice Village & West University

Homes that have often been renovated twice already. The brief is usually to undo what the last team did, and the tolerance for a seam in the wrong place is zero. We measure twice here and then measure again.

Montrose, Midtown & EaDo

Smaller footprints and modern taste — flat-panel doors, integrated appliances, one material carried the whole way through. Precision matters far more than square footage.

South

Fewer projects, planned further ahead.

Pearland & Friendswood

We take a limited number of projects down here each year, usually on referral. It is not a quality question — it is a calendar one. Marilu walks every consultation herself and signs off on every finished kitchen, and the drive is real. Ask early and we will tell you honestly what we can commit to.

How the calendar works

If you are along 290, 249, I-45 north or inside the Loop, we are in your area most weeks and can usually get to you quickly.

Further out we work in blocks, so the earlier you book the more the schedule can flex around you. Either way the consultation is free, it takes about thirty minutes, and if the honest answer is that your kitchen only needs paint, that is what you will hear.

Not sure if you are in our area?

Ask. It takes one message, and we will give you a straight yes or no rather than a maybe.
